**Howard Jones To Perform Human's Lib And Dream Into Action In Their Entirety.**

Hide and Seek Music, in association with Howard Jones Touring Ltd. and FML (Friars Management Ltd.) present Howard Jones performing his multimillion selling albums Human's Lib and Dream Into Action, 2 classic albums that defined a generation, one night only at London's IndigO2.

On Nov. 6 Howard Jones is scheduled to return to London's IndigO2 "with a gig showcasing his first two albums Human’s Lib and Dream Into Action played in their entirety. This show will be a multimedia event incorporating specially commissioned visuals, which will compliment the songs from each album which will be recreated using modern and classic synthesizers."

Human's Lib, Howard's debut, was released in 1984 and went to #1 in the UK. Four singles were released from the album, "New Song," "Hide and Seek," "What Is Love," and "Pearl In The Shell."

Dream Into Action was released in 1985 and went to #2 in the UK. From this album came "Life in One Day," "Things Can Only Get Better," "Like to Get to Know You Well," and the original version of "No One Is to Blame."

A "radio friendly" version of "No One Is to Blame" was recorded after the success of the previous singles from the album and featured Phil Collins on backing vocals and drums. "No One Is to Blame" is Howard's highest charting song in the US, reaching #4.

Tickets for the IndigO2 show will go on general sale this Saturday, Apr. 17.

**Howard Jones' Ordinary Heroes Special Edition Is Now Sold Out.**

The long awaited new studio album from Howard Jones, Ordinary Heroes, is set to be released by the end of 2009. The special limited edition version of the album was available exclusively at howardjones.com, and is now sold out.

From Howard: "This special edition of the Ordinary Heroes album will have ground breaking packaging and an exclusive extra cd with exclusive songs and alternative mixes. If you pre-order this special package, you will have your name printed in the album artwork and you can also specify a personal dedication which will be handwritten by me on the packaging with a signature. The people who buy this album are in a sense my 'patrons'; those people that support my work and want me to continue making new recordings. This album has been a 4 or 5 year project between the writing and recording, and is entirely self financed. I intend to invest the revenue from this special package to finance the promotion of the album to a wider audience. There will be a conventional single album release available around the album launch at a normal price, taking into account the economic times. Please spread the word about this album. As you know I regard my audience as my partners, and we are in this together."

Ordinary Heroes is available on pre-order at howardjones.com, where fans can also see the video of Howard's forthcoming single "Soon You’ll Go," to be released Oct. 26. It is exquisite.

Happy 25th Birthday Human's Lib.

The debut album by Howard Jones went to #1 in the UK in March 1984.

The four singles released from the album, "What Is Love," "New Song," "Hide And Seek," and "Pearl In The Shell," all made it into the UK Top 20. "What Is Love" and "New Song" made the US Top 40.

Human's Lib sold 100,000 copies in the first week of release, and spent a total of 57 weeks in the UK charts.

In between Human's Lib and Dream Into Action, Howard released The 12" Album, an album of 6 remixes and extended mixes. The 12" Album was only released for the European market and included "New Song (New Version)," "What Is Love (Extended Mix)," and "Pearl In The Shell (Extended Mix)."

Howard's long awaited new album Ordinary Heroes will be released by the end of 2009, and a "special limited edition version of the album will be available exclusively at howardjones.com."

Howard Jones Celebrates 25 Years.

Celebrating 25 years since the release of his debut single "New Song," Howard Jones will be performing a musical spectacular spanning his 25 year career to date at The indigO2, the intimate live music venue at The O2 in Greenwich England on Sept. 20.

The reportedly sold out show will be available on CD to purchase for those in attendance minutes after the concert has ended.

"This is not a typical live album, and it's not a bootleg. Think of it as something in-between a unique and official souvenir to remind you how amazing Howard's live music is."

The concert release will be on 3 CD's and is being handled by Live Here Now - part of Mute Records.

For those who will not be attending, the CD's will be available for order via the Live Here Now website.

The CD's will also be available for download via Live Here Now on Sept. 22. The track listing will be available on the Howard Jones Website on Sept. 21.

"New Song" was released in September 1983. The song was featured on the album Human's Lib, which was released in March 1984, and went to #1 in the UK. The three other singles released from Human's Lib were "What Is Love," "Hide And Seek," and "Pearl In The Shell."

"New Song" reached #3 in the UK and went to #27 in the US, although it was not released here until early 1984.

Happy 50th Birthday Howard Jones.

Voted Keyboard Player of the Year by Rolling Stone Magazine in 1986, Howard is releasing a 20th Anniversary Concert DVD, recorded Live at the Shepherds Bush Empire on Sept. 20, 2003.

Midge Ure joined Howard on stage for Ultravox's "Dancing With Tears In My Eyes," and "Vienna."

CAST OF CHARACTERS

THE KERN COUNTY DRUNKARD
Everything at Waist High is a long story, and the story of The KCD is no exception. After this individual told Waist High in December of 2003 that she was going to kill her, "Waist High" the blog was born. Please do not tell Waist High the person that you are going to kill her or she will create "Waist High" the blog and write nasty things about you! Including the time you stunk up the bathroom at The Alley Cat. The "Kern County Drunkard Watch" detailed the drunken comings and goings of the live-in love interest of one of Waist High's most cherished male friends. Never has Waist High met anyone who drank as much as or as often as The KCD. The KCD, because she was an insecure drunk, hated Waist High for most of her decade long relationship with Waist High's most cherished male friend. She hated Waist High for the obvious reason: Waist High is hot. A one time source of much of the material for Waist High the blog, The "Kern County Drunkard Watch" was permanently retired in March 2005 when Waist High's most cherished male friend finally came to his senses and kicked her ass to the curb.

RAMPART
Rampart is the first ex-husband of Waist High. She refers to him as her first ex-husband because she knows there will eventually be a second. Rampart grew up on the mean streets of Bakersfield and claims to have been the co-discoverer of the well known 1980s dirt field party spot known as "The Place." Rampart's 1987 directive to Waist High, "Drink this six pack before I get back!" made both Waist High and Rampart parents at age 20. Rampart currently resides 4.5 miles from Waist High in the wilds of Oregon and is an enduring fixture at their local Cigs For Less shop. Once a Bakersfield Del Taco associate, Sail Thru Hamburgers drive up dude, and Wible Road AM/PM graveyard worker, Rampart claims to now net $49,000 per month. But only to impress people, not when required.

(THE FORMER) LOVELY TEENAGED DAUGHTER
Not your average 37 year old. Born to Waist High as a "Miracle on 34th Street" in Bakersfield Memorial Hospital on 34th Street, LTD is on the board of MAC cosmetics. Not really, but she swears allegiance only to them. When LTD's mother once purchased LTD some eye shadow from Target, LTD threatened to call the police. Sweeter than Tupelo Honey, with the attitude of a feral cat, LTD is disgusted with most things. Including being forced to live with Waist High from 1988-2005. The child at one time even had her own blog, "Living With Waist High," which detailed her misery. A graduate of the oldest institution in the Oregon University System, LTD kept her promise of not getting knocked up at age 20 like Waist High did.

THE STRANGER
Oh God bless The Stranger. The Stranger was one of Waist High's most loyal confidants during some of the darker periods of the blog. Although his fierce allegiance to really bad music was a great source of aggravation for Waist High, The Stranger gave her a much needed look at life. Through the eyes of someone not yet bitter. The Stranger was almost pushed out of a moving vehicle when he revealed to Waist High that not only did he not know who Barry Manilow, Captain & Tenille, or Spandau Ballet were, but that he literally had no clue what Trail Mix was.

"TRI-TIP"
Special Correspondent to Waist High, and one of Waist High's most cherished friends. Used to live with The Kern County Drunkard. Was a Special Correspondent to Waist High for 9 months before knowing it. Long story. This individual coined the ultimate mid '80s Bakersfield drinking phrase, "Lock hubs. Party!"

DESI
Waist High's former work spouse. Cares about Waist High so much that he once took Waist High with him on a smoke break the very next day after she spent $250 for hypnotherapy TO QUIT SMOKING. Was the first person in conversation to introduce Waist High to concepts like "The Dirty Sanchez," "Dog In A Bathtub," "Tea Bagging," and "The Shocker." Reminds Waist High as often as possible that if women "neglect the balls," their men will leave them.
