Spandau Ballet To Release A Remix Version Of "Gold."

Although only open to U.K. residents, Spandau Ballet is offering fans the opportunity to sing along on a special remix version of their 1983 classic "Gold."

In conjunction with Cadbury Chocolate's relaunch of the Wispa Gold bar, and their campaign to "Keep Team GB Pumped" for the 2012 Olympics, Spandau Ballet will be releasing a very special remix version of their hit single "Gold." And the best bit is that your voice could feature in the chorus!

From spandauballet.com: "Gold" has often been used as an inspirational peoples anthem at sporting events around the world. With the focus very heavily on London 2012, this is your chance to get your voice heard alongside your countrymen and enthuse our athletes to bring home the Gold medals. "Gold 2012" is undoubtedly going to become the unofficial anthem for the London 2012 Olympics and you can be part of it!

There will also be a brand new music video for the "Gold 2012" featuring Team GB athlete and Olympic hopeful, BMX champion Shanaze Read.

All you need to do is belt out your very best version of the song by visiting the website www.keepourteampumped.com to add your voice. We’ll be choosing a selection of the most motivational singers to come to a recording studio to be part of the final version; our DJ and producer will then use elements of these recordings in the chorus of the dance remix behind Spandau’s original vocals.

The track and music video will be released on the 27th November so just think, your voice could be on Spandau’s future chart-topping hit! So don’t miss this amazing opportunity, visit the website NOW.
